Refund and Returns Policy

At our mobile cigar lounge, we strive to provide the best possible cigar experiences for our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling under the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your event or reschedule it, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. We will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your event to a later date. If you cancel your event or reschedule it less than 7 days before the scheduled date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the event.
  2. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your event to a later date.
  3. Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your event. We will work with you to reschedule your event to a later date, and if that is not possible, we will offer you a full refund.
  4. Private Whiskey Tastings: For our private whiskey tastings, we require full payment at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tasting, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. We will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your tasting to a later date. If you cancel or reschedule your tasting less than 7 days before the scheduled date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the tasting.
